The educational path I have undertaken has allowed me to develop a holistic view of nutrition and to understand the importance of selecting high quality plant based foods for individual and collective well being. Through this learning journey, I have gained a strong understanding of the interactions between diet, health, and the environment.

Bees play a strategic role in conserving flora, contributing to the improvement and maintenance of biodiversity.
Besides producing honey, as they fly from one flower to another, they are responsible for 70% of the pollination of all plant species and, consequently, the presence of fruits.
Without pollination, there would be no harvests.
The passion for bees and beekeeping originates from my childhood; I have always grown up in close contact with nature, and as a child, I helped my father extract honeycombs from the beehive.
As soon as the bees produce honey, we extract it through a simple centrifugal process. We let it settle in maturation tanks and then bottle it.
We start in May with acacia, then move on to chestnut and lime, and finish with wildflower honey.
During the rhododendron flowering period in June-July, the beehives are placed on the sun-exposed slopes of the Alps, at altitudes ranging from 900 to 1500 meters. In some cases, the bees can fly up to over 2000 meters to collect nectar from this flower in these absolutely pristine areas.
