Acacia Honey
Monofloral honey, produced by our bees living near the Robinia Pseudoacacia plants within our property and exclusively foraging from them.
t is from the flowers of these plants, when pollinated by bees, that this type of honey is obtained, with a vaguely floral aroma and a sweet, vanilla-like taste that are entirely characteristic.
Acacia honey is very light, almost transparent, and has a liquid consistency. t has a very low crystallization rate and can remain in a liquid state for a very long time, thanks to its high fructose concentration compared to glucose. On the contrary, honeys with a lower ratio tend to crystallize more quickly.
Harvest Area: Villa Viscarda – Bergamo Hills Park
Our beehives are located in the wooded areas of our property, far from heavy pollution sources. As a result, the honey preserves its natural characteristics, undergoing no treatments whatsoever. We do not feed the bees with any sugary substances, nor do we use chemical synthetics or antibiotics.
Cherries in Moscato 570g
This age-old preparation, once widespread especially in the regions where cherries are cultivated, has long been forgotten, yet it is truly exquisite: an authentic, precious, and irresistible delight that is a must-have in your pantry.
he cherries must be harvested at the right moment, firm, ripe, and perfectly healthy. After being thoroughly washed, they are jarred. The natural sugars in the fruit, along with a bit of added cane sugar and wine, undergo fermentative processes that preserve the fruit in the liquid that forms, allowing you to enjoy them at any time of the year.
Cherries in wine are delightful on their own, perfect after dinner, or can be used as a versatile ingredient for making chocolates, cakes, spoon desserts, or to enhance a good bowl of ice cream.
Chestnut Honey
Chestnut honey is a distinctive honey, favored by those who prefer complex tastes over overly sweet ones. Its bitter taste and strong aroma make it unsuitable for just sweetening; instead, it's perfect for enhancing flavors and adding aromatic richness. This honey is derived from the colorful blossoms of chestnut trees and is harvested between June and October.
Its consistency is quite liquid, thanks to its high fructose content, preventing crystallization. Variations in color and flavor are influenced by the specific type of chestnut tree, natural microclimates, and weather conditions.
For instance, a dry summer typically yields a more robust honey because bees are less distracted by other flower nectars and focus solely on chestnut blossoms. Generally, the darker the color, the richer and more intense the flavor.
Chestnut honey pairs exceptionally well with roasts and both flavorful and delicate cheeses. When used in moderation, it imparts a distinctive and subtle aroma, appreciated even by those who aren't fans of sweet-savory contrasts.
Try it on a slice of toasted bread with butter! You'll discover an entirely new symphony of flavors.
It also complements yogurt and is excellent in cream-based desserts.

Madernassa Pears 570g
Madernassa is a pear variety native to the Piedmont region, specifically in the Roero area.
It is in this very land that the mother plant grew, originating in the late 1700s on the Cascina Gavello estate and living for an impressive 130 years until it was felled in 1914. Common belief holds that Madernassa resulted from a natural cross between the Martin Sec cultivar and wild pears.
Like many indigenous species, it remained largely unknown for a long time, with local farmers appreciating its crispness and the aromatic enhancement it gained through cooking, whether in wine or in the oven.
Thanks to its crispness, this hand-cut pear, preserved in water and cane sugar without the addition of preservatives, lends itself to many uses and recipes: sliced thinly to accompany cheeses with fresh herbs and honey, suitable for preparing delicious risottos or various versions of cake, or simply cooked in a good red wine for a delightful dessert.
Millefiori Honey
Millefiori honey is the product of a blend of different nectars collected by bees during the same period of time. Each blend is unique depending on the territory where it was produced, the time of year, and the course of the season. All these variables create different combinations between flowers and bees, resulting in unique flavor variations.
Tasting our millefiori honey at the foot of the Orobic Pre-Alps, you will perceive the predominant notes of acacia flowers mixed with those of dandelion, horse chestnut, and clover.
Our millefiori honey is obtained without any artificial processing, from the nectar of wild flora, in absolute respect for the bees, their well-being, and the natural cycle of the product. We have chosen native bee species to produce honey in an uncontaminated environment, foregoing intensive production methods and chemical treatments: we wait for nature's timing and protect the rich floral variety of our estate.
To preserve its nutrients and ensure its purity, the most important thing is to keep it raw, meaning it is produced naturally and artisanally, with bees foraging on various types of flowers, and not through an industrial blending process; raw honey is directly extracted from the comb and simply filtered and settled to remove any traces of wax and natural impurities that might be present.
