Food as a bridge between people and cultures
Dr. MASSIMILIANO HERBERT KAISER
A Comprehensive Food Studies Degree
My name is Massimiliano Herbert Kaiser, and after completing my high school diploma, I decided to pursue an innovative education in the world of food to develop values such as sustainability and food system sovereignty, understanding all stages, from production to consumption.
In 2022, I graduated from the prestigious University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo (CN).
It was an exciting experience, a continuation of the lifestyle I was accustomed to since childhood: I could study what interested me the most in an international environment within the walls of a royal Savoy castle, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Food as nourishment for the body and soul
I strongly believe in the importance of choosing high-quality foods, produced ethically and sustainably, that respect the environment and the well-being of the involved animals.
I am convinced that food is a bridge between people and cultures, a way to connect and better understand the world around us. I am interested in the history and evolution of traditional dishes, artisanal production techniques, the use of local and seasonal ingredients.

My education in Gastronomic Sciences has allowed me to acquire in-depth knowledge about the nutritional properties of foods and the best practices for their production and preservation.
I have decided to dedicate my career to promoting sustainable agriculture and short supply chains, to contribute to a fairer and more respectful future for the planet and to promote a food culture that respects animals and nature, contributing to individual and collective well-being.
