All our agricultural products are cultivated sustainably, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, following natural farming techniques that promote biodiversity and respect for environmental balance. Our crops are carefully selected, favoring varieties that best adapt to our region and ensure maximum yield in terms of quality and flavor.
We respect natural resources by irrigating our fields with natural spring water, without using the urban water network.
Our commitment to sustainability also extends to the processing phase of our products, which is carried out using exclusively traditional methods and selected operators who adhere to our high standards of quality and food safety.
We are aware that packaging represents one of the main sources of waste in the world. For this reason, we have chosen to use only easily recyclable materials and to promote responsible behavior among our customers.
How to reuse empty glass jars
We chose glass for the perfect preservation of our products but also for the possibility of reusing them at home.
This conscious choice has a positive impact on the environment as glass is a natural, eco friendly, and sustainable material. It is 100% recyclable and does not deplete natural resources like plastic.
Glass ensures food safety, champions the circular economy, preserves the taste of its contents, and, once the label* is removed, can be reused in the kitchen.
